Not only is the First Chakra the foundation of all other Chakras, but it has itself a beginning. It is like building the foundation for one’s house. If the plans have not been well drawn, if the groundwork is sloppy and careless, the foundation will not support the structure. Similarly, one’s life must have a good foundation. Careful planning is necessary. During each phase a certain type and amount of work have to be done before the next phase can begin.
